Sexual Harassment Policies

Under PVUSD Board Policy (BP) 5145.7 the Governing Board prohibits sexual harassment of students at school or at school-sponsored or school-related activities. The district strongly encourages any student who feels that he/she/they are being or have been sexually harassed by another student or an adult to immediately contact his/her/their teacher, the principal, or any other available school employee.

PVUSD Administrative Regulation (AR) 4145.7 designates Ian MacGregor, Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources to investigate and resolve all sexual harassment complaints.
